CEO
Sam is a seasoned senior executive with over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, specializing in sales and operations management. He has established a proven track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing sales professionals, while building and managing national sales and operational teams.
With a strong background in telecom and IT, Sam has excelled in guiding sales initiatives towards customized solutions for end customers, resulting in targeted sales growth, increased top-line revenue, and margin optimization. He possesses expertise in strategic business, market, and sales planning, ROI, value proposition, and profit optimization, as well as financial metrics.

Sam’s professional experience includes various leadership positions in the telecom industry. As the General Manager at Switch168 Communications and Kosmos Mobile, Sam was responsible for the technical and operational lead for in-house development of the Kosmos Mobile application for smart devices. He also managed a full-time development team for both front and backend infrastructure and business development for user acquisition using marketing trends in different countries. As COO/CTO at George Mobile VOIP Inc., Sam led business development and served as the technical lead for the company, an IOT service provider. He designed and engineered all aspects of a fully functional application on both Android and iOS smart devices, negotiated and managed multiple vendor contracts for George Mobile VOIP platform, and helped raise funding from investors to take their service to the global market.
At Navigata Communications, Sam served as the General Manager – Sales, accountable for $12.5 Million in annual sales for voice, data, and internet type services within a competitive telecom industry. He retooled the sales organization to focus on sales within the data portfolio, revitalized the sales and marketing campaign to increase data sales from 40% to 86%, increased margin from 30% to 45% within data services, decreased churn rate from 14% to 2% annually, and initiated a strategy to sell out the Vancouver collocate facility.
As Director of Sales at Group Telecom/Bell West, Sam was responsible for the strategic direction of the commercial sales organization. He refocused and expanded the telecom market and sales function, growing the product portfolio by 50%. He led a new Data product to 100% of annual sales within six months of launch, and awarded “Presidents Club” to 6 out of 7 direct sales executives in 2006 and 4 out of 7 direct sales executives in 2005.
Sam’s telecom career began at BMS Communications, where he developed and managed the network services group with annual sales of $650K. He created a new marketing and sales portfolio to move up-market, working with large enterprise customers, and led a team of 3 technical people to purchase, sell, implement, and service dedicated network solutions.
Before BMS Communications, Sam managed the national network and service group at ANO Office Automation, where he built and managed information systems, technical support group, production/manufacturing, and repair departments for a computer reseller and manufacturing firm. He supervised staff, oversaw operations, and managed operational budgets. Sam managed 12 service depots across Canada with annual service revenues of $6.5Million and negotiated service contracts with Canon, IBM, Hp, and Compaq to become their official warranty depot.

Mr. Chan is also the principal of a Canadian public accounting practice firm in Vancouver of British Columbia which is a CPAB registrant. His specialized areas includes providing auditing services to public companies listed on TSX, TSXV and CSE, providing CFO services to Canadian public companies to ensure they are in compliance with relevant financial reporting and regulatory requirements and providing consulting services and assisting private companies to be listed on various Canadian Stock Exchanges through mergers & acquisitions (RTO by shell and CPC companies).
